The Terms and Conditions that will apply to your order are the Terms and Conditions that are available on the Web Site when we accept your order. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The online store available on the Website and all trademarks, logos, service marks and other intellectual property (“Trademarks”) related thereto are the sole property of the Trade Name. The copyright in all content contained in, or available through, the online shop available on the website, including all information, data, text, music, audio, images, names, graphics and video messages, their selection and arrangement, software collections, etc, are owned and/or licensed for the needs and operation of the online store, exclusively by the Trade Name.

It is expressly prohibited in any way to copy, edit, modify, alter, reproduce, publish, republish, distribute, store, transmit, exploit, disseminate or use in any other way the content mentioned above and belonging to the Trade Name, without the prior express and written consent or permission of the Trade Name. For this purpose, the Trade Name reserves all its rights.

The website www.dioniwellness.com.au reserves the right to modify or renew the present terms and conditions at its sole discretion.

TRANSACTIONS/PURCHASES OF PRODUCTS

In order to allow you to make any transactions and/or purchases of products through the online store available on the website, you are required to create an account. To create this account, the Trade Name requires that you must provide the following information:

1. A valid e-mail address to which an identification code will be sent,
2. First and last name,
3. Your address,
4. The postal code of your area,
5. Your email address,
6. Your phone,
7. Credit card details,
8. The order of payment.

If for any reason you are asked in any way to give any other information in addition to the above, please contact the Trade Name directly using the contact details aforementioned. In case you provide any information in addition to the above without the express and written warrant of the Trade Name, you are solely responsible for anything that may occur.

Items to be sold

Dioni Wellness makes every effort to present the products of the website in the most accurate way possible. In some cases the information on our website may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes or to update the website anytime without prior notification. Given the nature of products’ presentation on our website and the different types of visual aspect, the colors presented on the website may differ slightly from those of the actual product. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us in accordance with the terms set herein. Please refer to our Returns.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note all exchanges will result in a credit note for online. We do not offer refunds unless item has been deemed faulty by Dioni Wellness management. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All online orders are sent via AusPost.
